Sarah Olear, Co-Head of ADK Wilderness Adventure Trips, just returned from an awesome trip to Costa Rica. The trip was part of Sarah’s graduate work at SUNY Cortland in Recreation and Leisure studies. Outward Bound coordinated the trip, which was packed with new experiences, including hiking nearly 100 miles through a national park. Highlights for Sarah? Rappelling down a 90’ waterfall and learning to surf!
