Description:

Line Heads live in cabins with campers, directly supervise cabin staff, and ensure that campers and staff integrate smoothly into camp life. Responsible for supervising, coaching, and supporting cabin staff to help solve challenges such as homesickness, behavorial problems, and staff issues. Assist with overall camp program, including leading activity areas when needed and supervising evening programs. Applicants should have previous camp staff experience with progressively more responsible positions.

Certifications:

All positions require certification in Red Cross CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer and First Aid. Certifications must be current through the end of the employment period. A limited number of certifications will be available through Adirondack Camp, but all staff members are strongly encouraged to find appropriate certification classes in advance.

Other Details:

Extensive camp experience required in progressively responsible positions. Valid driver's license.
