ADK Arts: Culinary Fun
Cooking camps for kids are fun (and tasty!). Campers love to cook, and Culinary Fun is a favorite activity at Adirondack. Cul Fun bears the stamp of Carolina Macrini, our retired Office Manager, who shared her legendary Italian cooking skills with campers. Campers harvest herbs to make delicious dishes like rosemary focaccia, meatballs with parsley and oregano, and tomato sauce with fresh basil. Garlic Knots are totally camper favorites! In addition to cooking, campers learn to read recipes, prep food, and practice good manners.
When parents visit during the summer they have a chance to sample food made by their children.
