Tuition Insurance
Tuition to Camp is a huge investment, and we want to ensure that when enrolling your kids you do so with the peace of mind that you have options if unforeseen circumstances arise.
Program Protector is a travel insurance plan available through your online camper application that helps protect your investment.
How does it work?
You should purchase Program Protector while completing your child’s enrollment form. Upon enrollment, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to you with a link to the plan documents.
In the event of a cancellation, you would submit a claim directly to the Claims Administrator at Program Protector. It will be provided through Program Protector. It is very important to purchase this insurance. If you need to cancel after Jan 15 and you don’t have this insurance you will not be able to get any tuition money back.

Program Protector is only available to United States residents. The Enhanced Plan is not available to residents of New York state. All international families need to contact Camp to inquire about tuition insurance options for them.
Please note: If you choose not to purchase an insurance plan, Adirondack Camp will not be able to provide any refunds should your camper be unable to come to Camp for any reason! You must purchase a plan when you enroll. Adirondack Camp will also not refund tuition to families for campers who need to leave early or are asked to leave.
Our current cancellation policy offers a full refund for withdrawal prior to January 15th minus a service fee of $650.

Included in Tuition
Tuition includes all in-Camp activities and regular trips. Tuition does not include store accounts, lice treatments, travel to and from Camp, white water rafting, or kayaking trips. The store account is $70 for all campers. This fee covers camper store charges (bug spray, toothbrush, water bottle, tee-shirts, etc.). These fees are non-refundable.
Registration Policies
We require a deposit of $1,300 per child at the time of registration to reserve their space.
Deposits must be made by credit card or (e) check. Camp tuition may be paid in full at the time of enrollment, or by a payment plan. The total balance is divided by 6 payments and is due by the following dates: November 15th, 2024; December 15th, 2024; January 15th, 2025, February 15th, 2025, March 15th, 2025, and April 15th 2025.
Payment is fully refundable at any time prior to January 15th, 2025, minus a service fee of $650. Session changes will initiate a $250 change fee.
Tuition does not include travel to and from Camp or Camp store account money.
Credit Card Policy
All enrollment applications require a $1,300 deposit which can be paid by credit card or (e)check. Please note a service fee of 4% will be processed for every credit card transaction. All tuition balances can be paid in full at the time of enrollment or through monthly payments. Full payment must be received by April 15th 2025. If full payment has not been recieved by April 15th, your balance will be charged to the card on file, including a 4% credit card processing fee.
Session Length
We strongly encourage campers to attend a minimum of 4 weeks. 7-9-year-old campers may apply for a two-week session; otherwise, please call us to discuss session lenght. Please contact Rikki at (518) 547-8261 or email with any questions.
