Visiting Day

Every summer we have a visiting day for parents, grandparents and siblings. For Summer 2023 Visiting Day will be Sunday, July 16th. We ask that any visitors take a COVID antigen test prior to arrival.

Visiting Day is designed to reflect (as much as possible) a typical day at Camp. Campers will be asked to attend their assigned morning activities, where visitors can watch or partake. Naturally, your kids will be happy and excited about your arrival and want to show you everything at once. So, please remind them to check in with their staff and have them show you what new skills they have learned.

For Visiting Day we ask that parents please arrive after 9:30 am. A typical schedule will look like this:

  • 8:00 am Late wake up and 8:30 buffet breakfast (for campers only)
  • 9:45 am Inspection
  • 10:00 am Meet at Flagpole
  • 10:15 – 11:15 am activity period
  • 11:15 am General swim and parent swim tests
  • 12:15 pm lunch
  • 1:00 – 1:45 pm Enjoy Goodies in the Main House for Parent/Owner Meet-and-Greet while your children have rest period
  • 1:45 – 3:15 pm Open activities (Creative Arts, Basketball, Tennis, Canoeing, Kayaking, SUP, Swimming, Fishing)
  • 3:30 pm Parting ceremony at girls’ campfire
