Damien has been bringing the stoke to waterskiing, wakeboarding, and wakesurfing since 2018! When he’s not out on the water, he’s a 2nd grade teacher in New York’s Capital District — which means he knows exactly how to build confidence, break skills down step-by-step, and celebrate every big win.

Summers in the Adirondacks have been part of Damien’s life for as long as he can remember. Some of his favorite memories were of waterskiing on Loon Lake, just down the road from camp. Camp isn’t just a summer job for him — it’s home. It’s where lifelong friendships are built, courage grows, and everyone cheers each other on.

When winter rolls in, Damien swaps the boat for the slopes and hits the mountains for snow skiing. He also loves hiking, traveling with his family, watching great movies, and getting lost in a good book — especially if it’s on a sunny, sandy beach.

This summer, Damien is ready to fire up the boat and help campers level up — from getting up on skis for the very first time, to clearing wakes, to carving waves like a pro. Get ready to work hard, laugh big, and make unforgettable memories on the water!
