The Yacht Club building next to Gull Cabin on the Junior/Intermediate Boys line is one of the oldest buildings on the pennisula. Before it was used for sailing, the building was originally created as a workshop in the 1920s with various hand tools and workbenches for campers to craft different projects. Eventually, the work shop activity was done away with and the building became the home to a new activity; sailing. Today, the building is now known as the ADK Yacht Club or ADK Sailing Club and where our eager sailers meet before launching out onto Lake George.
