Week 6 at Adirondack Camp was another unforgettable stretch of summer magic—full of both rain and sunshine, spirited competition, and creative adventures both on and off the water. As always, the lake and peninsula were buzzing with activity. Back-of-the-boat sports were in top form, while back on land campers cooled off under the sprinklers.

On Tuesday Night we had this session’s Square Dance which is always a huge hit, learning dances from all over the world! Cabin nights this week were especially memorable, with groups heading to the lake for stand-up paddleboarding and swimming at Intermediate.

Activities were in full swing, from photography and kayaking to fishing, fencing, basketball, and more. Check out some of the week’s photo highlights!

Some of our other awesome camp events included the always-anticipated dance, a Jurassic Park special day and the long-awaited return of Baywatch—back after a nine-year hiatus! This fun swimming activity gives campers a glimpse into the world of lifeguarding, blending skill-building with plenty of laughs.

We had an action-packed week of Blue/White, starting with Hoffman’s Quest midweek and a surprise Staff Hunt on Friday. At that point, the White Team was leading 11–7, but Blue made a swift comeback—yesterday’s triple event was a Blue sweep—bringing the score to 11–10 as we head into Week Seven!
